Andy is a Senior Engineer and partner at BH2M. He has 23 years of civil /site design, permitting, stormwater management, and project management experience. He is a Maine licensed Professional Engineer (PE #13285) and has a B.S. in civil engineering from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Andy has a diverse background designing, managing and permitting a variety site/civil engineering projects.
Andy has successfully designed large and small scale residential projects (both subdivisions and condominiums), commercial site plans for many different uses, municipal road and utility projects, and campgrounds.
In his free time, Andy enjoys spending time with his wife (Andrea) and their two kids (Dylan and Caroline) enjoying the outdoors by hiking, camping and fishing throughout Maine.
Steve is a Senior Engineer and partner at BH2M. He has over 20 years of civil /site design, permitting, stormwater management, and project management experience. He is a Maine licensed Professional Engineer and has a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire. Steve has a broad background managing and permitting a variety of site/civil engineering projects. He has developed a successful track record of managing his teams through complex designs and permitting processes. Steve has successfully managed large scale residential projects, institutional projects such as public schools and hospitals, municipal road and utility projects, and grid scale utility projects.
In his free time, Steve enjoys spending time with his wife and their three boys exploring the Maine outdoors.
Walter is a Project Manager/Senior Designer and partner at BH2M. He has 37 years of civil/site experience (35 years with BH2M) and plays a leading role in design, planning, executing, monitoring and closing out projects.
Walter enjoys spending his free time with his wife Holly, boating, travel and the occasional round of golf.
Bob is a Maine licensed surveyor and our chief surveyor who has been with BH2M since 1985 and is a partner in the firm.
In addition to managing our field survey crews Bob performs a wide variety of office survey tasks such as deed research, ALTA/NSPS surveys, flood plain elevation certificates, and mortgage loan inspections.
Bob is a past President of the Maine Society of Land Surveyors and current Treasurer of the Narragansett Chapter of the MSLS. In his free time, Bob enjoys travelling just about anywhere to find his next round of golf.
Marsha has been running front operations at BH2M since 2010. Answering phone calls, preparing permit applications, and preparing deed descriptions are just a few of the skills that make Marsha a valuable asset to BH2M.
Marsha attended college for Travel & Tourism, Videography/Multimedia, minoring in Machine & Tool and Drafting.
Austin is a Project Engineer who has over 5 years of experience in civil / site design, stormwater management design and permitting, and natural resource impact permitting. He is a Maine licensed Professional Engineer and has a B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine.
Austin has a background in residential and commercial subdivision design as well as site planning and permitting for an assortment of different uses.
Prior to entering the engineering field, he worked construction with experience in residential layout, excavation, and utility installation.
In his free time, Austin enjoys all Maine has to offer for outdoor sports and recreation.
Chris is a Civil Engineer with over 20 years of experience. He is a Maine licensed Professional Engineer and has a B.S. in civil engineering from the University of New Hampshire. In his role as a project engineer, he has performed civil/site design and project management tasks including permitting and licensing, planning, stormwater management, grading, road design, utility design, and advanced CAD design.
Chris has a broad range of experience in a variety of projects including residential, commercial, and municipal site / civil projects, subdivisions, wind power, hydropower and dams, grid scale solar, commercial landfills, municipal and commercial utilities, and road, railroad, and highway design. Chris’ background is primarily in New England, with some projects located in the greater northeast, mountain west and west coast.
In his free time you can find Chris and his wife Emily exploring the coast of Maine, enjoying Maine craft products, hiking and visiting beaches in summer months, and skiing in winter months.
Tyler joined BH2M in October 2020. He graduated from the University of New Hampshire with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, and completed part of his undergraduate at Heriot Watt University in Edinburgh, Scotland.
Tyler brings experience in surveying from his work on an Archaeological dig and survey in Belize.
During his free time, he likes to explore new places around the world.
Blanca is a Staff Engineer at BH2M. She passed the Fundamentals of Engineering exam in 2019 and is currently working towards becoming a licensed Professional Engineer. She has a B.S in Civil Engineering from the University of Maine.
Blanca joined BH2M after graduation and has been gaining permitting and design experience in a number of projects from utility-scale solar to large scale residential projects.
Blanca has grown up in Gorham and has always enjoyed the close knit community.
In her free time, she can be found exploring everything Maine has to offer from the hiking trails to the rocky beaches.
